TextVerified describes its US numbers as non-VoIP and offers one-time SMS or voice verification products as well as rentals. Its homepage says buyers outside the US can use its US numbers. Buyer location and number origin are different: a buyer abroad can examine a US offer, but a platform asking for a different national number may rule that offer out.
