Cancellation and refunds
The conditions for an order appear before confirmation and remain available in its details. Eligibility depends on the specific offer and order outcome.
Provider-backed cancellation and external refund terms are pending. Live purchases remain unavailable until these terms are confirmed.
Failed assignment
A number that cannot be assigned is not an active purchase. The order and balance history show any release or credit under the applicable terms.
No message
A missing SMS does not automatically mean a refund. Check the terms and action shown on that order.
Cancellation
If cancellation is offered, the order page shows the expected account credit before you confirm. A successful cancellation closes the order.
Payment refunds
Account credit and a refund to an external payment method are different. An external refund is available only when the published payment terms provide one.
